Description:
To steers and promote all the F&B points of sale - To Organize and supervise the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts and product information - To ensure the brand's reference standards are properly applied - To ensure that sales materials are of good quality and ensures that pricing is in line with strategy - Passes on the management team's decisions - Knows how all the hotel's departments operate and is able to replace another Head of Department in case of absence
Highlights:

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and operational skills and a natural leadership - He/she will be able to work under pressure with flexibility - Team player-Fluent in French and English - This position is available immediately
