Description:
HHS Center' s Summer Internship Program (SIP) is a 9-week program. It is uniquely designed to help our applicants gain exceptional work experience and language skills while living and traveling in China. This program offers fun and exciting cultural activities as well as a weekend trip outside of Beijing or Shanghai. You can learn the Chinese language during organized classes, but also practice it in the workplace or while you are out exploring your city. Participants will enjoy a fascinating summer holiday abroad- it's unlike anything else! The aim of this program is to help our applicants develop better interpersonal skills, build better living attitudes, and broaden their horizons. It will give you the opportunity to experience firsthand the most dynamic economy in the world and improve your credentials to future employers.

Qualifications:
Age: 18 or above. Language: Must be able to speak fluent English. Chinese language ability is NOT necessary. Qualification: High School and above, ideally a university/college student or recent graduate. Nationality: Open to people from all over the world, with no distinctions in culture, race, gender or religion. Must be respectful of the Chinese culture, people, religions and politics.

Salary / Pay: This is a paid internship program. The intern's stipends will vary depending on the intern's qualifications, experience and the company. The stipend is intended to cover some of the daily expenses incurred by the intern.
Participants normally work 3-4 days in the company and have 1 day of language classes.
