Dates: Vary - visit our website
Description:
The purpose of an international internship is to provide upper division undergraduates (Juniors and Seniors) an opportunity for a career-related work experience while simultaneously permitting the participant to become acquainted with another nation's cultures. There is a SUNY-appointed Resident Director in each country in which Brockport's Overseas Internships are available. Resident Directors are experienced professionals who have extensive experience and a wide range of professional contacts in the host country and have also had experience in the United States (on the SUNY Brockport campus). "SUNY Brockport study abroad programs are for students matriculated in the US only, US students only."
Highlights:
SUNY Brockport Mexican Internship placements are made through the Internship Program of Universidad Internacional in Cuernavaca. Most majors can be accommodated. Some of the more typical are: Accounting, Communications, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Finance, Health Science, History, International Business, International Studies, Journalism, Nursing, Political Science, Physical Education, Psychology, Recreation and Leisure, Sports Management, Sociology and Tourism. Participants in the Brockport Internships Program in Mexico enroll in the Brockport Cuernavaca Program.
