Description: Riverbank Credit SACCO Limited is a community based micro-finance organisation which prides herself as technology propelled financial services provider for the underprivileged. Within a span of one and a half years of its operations the organisation has increased membership from 30 people to 5,000 , increased loan portfolio several times, applied for, vetted and qualified to the status of savings and credit society Ltd from initial unregulated self help group, shortlisted for capacity building award from COOP AFRICA. earned recognition of Hivos of Netherlands culminating with assessment grant in August 2009. Had preliminary GIRAFFE assessment and advise by planet rating,provided training ground and mentorship opportunity to 6 international interns. Successfully audited by Amos & Wilson associates among other achievements.

We therefore need individuals of all disciplines and coming from diverse culture to contribute in the formulation of lending procedures, implement credit training manuals to field officers and client training. The internship involves strict discipline to ensure targets are met.

Highlights: Certificate award on completion of internship but with strict understanding that interns must observe discipline and not engage in activities likely to bring either their country of origin, or Riverbank into disrepute-
