Description: The CRCC internship program introduces interns to work and social life in China. Shortly after arrival, all interns are given a one day orientation course where they will be trained in basic Mandarin and Chinese business culture. The internships take place in both domestic Chinese firms and international corporations and are offered in almost all sectors. Our most popular internships tend to be in:

* NGOs

The internships are an excellent opportunity to experience daily working life in the most rapidly advancing economy in the world and to get experience of a very foreign business culture. Interns often conduct research for the company and are involved in projects in sales, marketing, strategic analysis and international expansion.

Outside of work hours, interns are often treated to lunches, dinners and nights out by their colleagues. Alongside new work friends, CRCC interns normally become a close group and take full advantage of all that Beijing has to offer - such as hiking trips to The Great Wall, Kung Fu classes, Chinese cooking, business networking events and group social events.

We have one and two month programmes starting near the beginning of each month.

Highlights: Pre Departure: Before your departure to China you can expect to have:
- A position with a company in Beijing.
- Visa processing in the United Kingdom or United States
- A point of contact within our USA or UK office who can help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Accommodation:
- Shared apartment with other interns.
- All apartments include private bedrooms, modern bathrooms, TV, internet and air conditioning.

Airport pickup:
- For those interns arriving on the program start date, you will be met at the airport and taken directly to your apartment.

Orientation Day:
- A China induction course and orientation day, which includes Chinese business training, basic language tuition and cultural awareness.
- All new interns are taken for a traditional Chinese meal the day after you land.

Support Network:
- Our Beijing office has a mixed team of Westerners and Chinese who can deal with any logistical problems and will oversee the arrangement of social activities and networking events for all interns.

Qualifications: You need to show enthusiasm and diligence. You should have an interest in China, and be able to tell us how you plan to link China to your present situation or your future. You do not need Chinese Language skills. You should be fluent in English.

You need to be ready for a challenge and you need to be a fast learner.
