You will spend most of your time harmonizing internal processes of the Automation Business Units (BRP-BRL-BRC):

- Building a new working-structure which is conform with the Bosch quality standards and requirements
- Developing a user interface for the 'Sales Engineers' to elaborate and optimize the customer discount matrix
- Re-writing 'job descriptions' according to the new structures
- Elaborating and creating the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in order to guide the new structure
- Optimizing SAP functions according to project objectives
- Some administrative work (sending order confirmations and quotations, filing...)

Duration: 6 months

Qualifications: You are currently studying business and have already obtained your pre-diploma. You are interested in sales procedures and optimizing processes. You already have some practical experience and you are confident in taking an active and creative approach.

You like to take the initiative and have very good analytical skills. You are well organized and able to work independently and efficiently on the assigned tasks. Additionally you are familiar with MS-Office, especially with Excel and SAP. Besides you are stress resistant and deadline conscious and you like to challenge complex project situations. You speak English fluently and a good knowledge of French is a plus.

Salary / Pay: 700 Euro /month
