-Trainees will receive on the job training given by the department concerned under the supervision of the direct manager.
-Regular meetings will be set between the direct manager and the trainee for assessing the work progress, giving feedback and evaluating performance of the trainee.
-The objectives of the internship programs are to develop potential managers, with international experience, trained to company's working culture and able to take high responsibility positions in the future.

Qualifications:
