Whether you are interested in education, childcare, community development, the environment, or any other area of development, Proyecto Mosaico can find a volunteer work placement for you in one of our partner organizations. We have over 120 partner projects across Central America.

Volunteer Work is a perfect way to learn about a culture while making a worthwhile social contribution. The nonprofit organization Proyecto Mosaico links volunteers to partner organizations in Central America (Guatemala and Nicaragua) so that the local population and the volunteer benefit from the experience.
Qualifications:
Anyone between the ages of 18 and 99 can work as a volunteer through Proyecto Mosaico and most volunteer work placements do not demand prior work experience.
