Description: The program gives the opportunity for the volunteer to gain knowledge and skills in finding ideas, concept and developing business. The participant will take part in a class training as well as intern and volunteering in business activities.

For young people, this program will give a new persfective in how to enter carrier as well as job market. Since enterpreneurship is not only for business purpose but in government administration as well, it is also advantegeous for young people who plan to work in beurocracy

For elderly people, the program will help the to improve their live skills and their position in their community. It even advantageous for those who intend to start a new business.

Highlights:
1. The volunteer/intern will have a class training for two weeks concerning entrepreneurship, which will cover how to create business idea, developing a business concept, feasibility study and business plan. Business skills such as sales skills, sales management, leadership and simple accountancy will also be covered.

2. In the next two weeks the program will be practical experience by intern and volunteering in business activities. The volunteer/intern will be sent to companies which can take them for volunteering. During this time, volunteer/intern will always be consulted by the trainer.

3. Volunteer/Intern who likes to extend his/her time, may consult the trainer for the program extension.

4. Volunteer/Intern who likes to stay less than one month may consult the trainer

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old of age
- In a good health
- Highly motivated for change and improvement
