Description: The Professional Internship program offers you the possibility of gaining experience in your field of studies while practicing a language and visiting a new country.

All companies and placements are carefully chosen and monitored so as to provide you with the most comfortable environment possible. Our organization will assign you a tutor to accompany you and your employer throughout the whole experience.

Receptionist
Placement Description: perform a variety of activities related to administration and customer service in the hotel's reception.
Goals: The aim of this internship is that you improve your language skills, learn to adapt to the work environment of a hotel with high fluctuation and get accustomed to working in a hotel in order to apply your knowledge in other areas.

Organization: Hotel Exclusivo
4-star hotel with 59 bedrooms and 5 convention rooms. It is a high-standing hotel in the centre of Barcelona, decorated with contemporary art in the whole building. Business customers and tourists from all over the world are staying in this hotel.

Required languages: Spanish and English are a must. German, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese or Russian are appreciated.

Other requirements: In order to apply for this internship you need to be a dynamic person, and, if possible, have studied hotel management. The most important requirement is that you are willing to expand your knowledge in this field in order to implement it in other areas.

Qualifications:
-You must be 18 years old or older.
-You must have finished high school. Most placements have additional education requirements.
-Your Spanish level must be at least intermediate to be able to communicate effectively. If you are unsure about your language level, then do not hesitate and contact us for guidance. You can always take a Spanish course before your Internship.
-You must have accident and liability insurance.
-Most placements have further requirements related to the activities to be performed.
