Description: The Professional Internship program offers you the possibility of gaining experience in your field of studies while practicing a language and visiting a new country, Argentina.

All companies and placements are carefully chosen and monitored so as to provide you with the most comfortable environment possible. Our organization will assign you a tutor to accompany you and your employer throughout the whole experience.

Special education assistant

Placement Description: help and participate in workshops, psychotherapeutic support, corporal expression, physical workshops, team sports and special projects at a school specialized in education for kids and teenagers with special needs.

Goals: To be a part of an international exchange experience and acquiring valuable professional working experience.

Organization:
This school is dedicated to educating children and teens with special needs. They specialize in teaching students with mental disabilities. Most importantly the school wants to provide a place for students to learn, achieve and enjoy the time they spend at the school. There are psychiatrists and physical educators who aid the children with their studies and provide a rounded education. All activities are coordinated by an educational psychologist. The participant will be supported by a group of professional youngsters, both at work and personally. The school has several projects going on (kids from vulnerable groups, Kids under legal custody, poverty-stricken kids, broken families, etc.).

Qualifications:
-You must be 18 years old or older.
-You must have finished high school. Most placements have additional education requirements.
-Your Spanish level must be at least intermediate to be able to communicate effectively. If you are unsure about your language level, then do not hesitate and contact us for guidance. You can always take a Spanish course before your Internship.
-You must have accident and liability insurance.
-Most placements have further requirements related to the activities to be performed.
