Description: Tutor and Travel in Turkey is meant to bring together native English speakers who wish to live in Turkey for awhile, and Turkish families who want to practice English and have a house fit for hosting guests. Volunteers live with a host family, hold conversation sessions with the family members and help the children with their schoolwork. Alternatively, they may give conversation classes in language schools or in extensive English language programs of universities.

The volunteers are chosen among the applicants who are willing to experience Turkish lifestyle and get to know Turkish culture. The aim of the program is to enable cultural exchange as well as improving the familys' spoken English.

Cost in US$: USD 1800-2500

Salary / Pay: AIRFARE is included in the Language Partners option. You will be reimbursed for your flight tickets at the end of the program. (This is to guarantee that you will fulfill your requirements.) The flight reservations will be done by us.

Typical Volunteer: Individuals willing to experience Turkish lifestyle and get to know Turkish culture. Everyone from students on gap-year or yearly break to English language professionals are welcome.

Scholarships are Available. The Internship option consists of working in a National or International Company with a valid work visa in addition to tutoring up to 15 hours per week in a family. You will be placed according to your educational background and job experiences and you will receive a salary.
