Description:
* Hotel work experience and internships in and around Montpellier in the South of France, along the Mediterranean coast, Brittany, winter ski resorts in the French Alps and Pyrenees, and other regional centres.
* Work in the bars, restaurants, kitchens, housekeeping, reception/front desk, etc of hotels in the beautiful Montpellier region of the South of France.
* The program also includes individual French language tuition adapted to your specific needs at the Eurolingua Institute in Montpellier or with a Eurolingua Tutor in one of the other French regions. Starting date: any day but preferably on a Monday.
Highlights:
Paid Work Experience programmes in the hotel and hospitality industry in the South of France and other French regions, including monthly stipend, accommodation and all meals, with the added bonus of French lessons at the Eurolingua Institute in Montpellier, or other regional centre.
Qualifications:
* Skills and previous experience are not essential but an advantage
* A minimum spoken French language ability is required and all "stagiaires" must attend inclusive classes at the Eurolingua Institute in Montpellier either before or during the programme
* Reception jobs are only for "stagiaires" with good intermediate level French
* 42 hours per week (straight or split shifts). 2 non-consecutive days free
* Staff accommodation (usually two sharing) and all meals are provided by the hotel
* "Stagiaires" also receive a net allowance of 200 euro per month
* Bring black shoes, white shirt/top, black trousers/skirt, black tie/bow tie This type of placement requires good stamina and motivation due to the long working hours. French tutorial lessons or group course included at the Eurolingua Institute.
