NOCSP (National Organization of Community Sailing Program)'s Mission Statement: The National Organisation of Community Sailing Programs (NOCSP) is a not-for-profit operation in China initiated by China Yachting Business Partnership Ltd. (CYBP).
The aim of NOCSP is to work in cooperation with local sailing clubs to set up sailing schools. These schools will give Chinese Youth from all backgrounds an opportunity to learn the sport of sailing. The program is educationally progressive as the participants are not only learning to sail but learning how a boat is made, the importance of a clean marine environment.
International sailing education material is used in collaboration with local knowledge. Material coming from our highly experienced trainers themselves. NOCSP sends experienced international sailing instructors and coaches to local sailing clubs and schools. We work with international trainers, local Chinese instructors, translators and participants. Our aim is to help local clubs to develop their sailing schools independently.
We also work with international and local sponsors.
