1. Preparing and checking periodic reports for the client manager
2. Filling documents
3. Printing, scanning and organizing documents
4. Conducting data search on the web whenever necessary and reporting to the client manager
5. Assisting client manager with different administrative work whenever necessary. Requirements:
They are looking for someone who
1. Is a native English speaker
2. Has good communication skills (especially writing)
3. Pays close attention to details
4. Is proficient in all WINDOWS programs (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
5. Is responsible and independent and able to finish their tasks in a timely manner
6. Has at least intermediate knowledge of Chinese language. Possibility of permanent employment after good performances. Company description:
