Housite Hostels & Lead Adventures are seeking a qualified intern to assist in hostel management, brand development and administrative tasks. We need a motivated and energetic person to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies while managing hostel operations. We envision this to be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to travel, gain valuable work experience and be immersed in the Ecuadorian culture. We have a great work atmosphere and appreciate innovative ideas and a strong work ethic. Upon successful completion of internship, the participant may be eligible for an extended internship or a permanent position at Housite Hostels. Housite Hostels, as a part of Lead Adventures, works to provide quality housing options to our volunteers as well as independent travelers in Ecuador. We are committed to developing innovative strategies to make our hostels unique and provide our clients with the best possible services. We work with several hostels in Quito and the Galapagos Islands and are currently expanding to include other key areas of South America.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 2 years of college level courses
- Intermediate Spanish
- Must be organized, positive, and enthusiastic about the tourism industry
- A 6 month commitment is required
- Must be energetic, customer service oriented, and be able to manage many projects simultaneously

Salary / Pay: Accomodation - A private room with cable, wireless internet and breakfast included in one of our hostels in the Mariscal district, a value of USD400 per month, and USD200 monthly stipend
