Description: Indicorps seeks an editor or academic writer to edit and publish Indicorps Fellows' green papers and to manage the current cycle's green paper process.

Indicorps fellows are required to submit a "Green Paper" at the culmination of their year-long fellowship. This individual paper (15-20 pages), either in the form of a case study or research paper, is the most detailed writing project for the fellowship year. The paper encourages fellows to think critically, methodically and creatively. The research paper seeks to make a formal contribution to the field of development.

The Internship:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Review previously drafted green papers
* Edit papers for organization, style, and clarity
* Check sources and bibliography
* Work closely with authors to finalize papers
* Submit papers for publication to various academic journals and other appropriate development organizations
* Develop a strategy to publish green papers online with Indicorps or through another format
* Manage the current cycle's green paper writing process and provide feedback on outlines, and first drafts, etc.
