Description:
Internship description: 1) Cold calling through available database of contacts (20 calls/day, especially in the beginning of the internship, in order to get meetings with companies). Compile client comments, follow up on client surveys and manage database. 2) Introduce the relocation consulting services to potential client companies and analyze their HR management (for incoming expats) manage client needs and reply in timely and effective manner. 3) On site consulting: follow clients during property visits. (Incoming expats). Support the sales team and handle administrative and other duties or issues. 4) Marketing Support: support the company in its marketing efforts towards specific countries by adding content to the website, attending networking events, brainstorming about the best marketing strategy. Take part in advertisement campaign around the city. Company description: This company is a specialized company to advise foreigners how to settle down when they arrive in China. Relocation consulting (housing, offices). 80% of the staff are foreigners and from different countries.

Remarks: - Very flexible working hours, no fixed schedule as the intern needs to be available according to the client's needs. - Average of 2 days off per week; often work on weekends - Average of 40 hours/week - If an internship report needs to be written, this will have to be done outside working hours The Hutong School package for the intern differs from the usual package: The interns will, due to the flexible working hours, only be able to attend classes after working hours.
Qualifications:
Requirements: - Preferably background in business - Native speaker of English (American or British), French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Korean or Japanese as these are key markets. (Other languages can be considered too) - Good level of English (working language) - No Chinese language skills required - Versatile, flexible, hardworking personality - Sales-oriented, hands-on attitude - Strong communication skills
