Dates: Internships begin the first Saturday of each month. There is a 2 week minimum duration required.

Description: Intern and gain hands-on experience in Cusco or the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru. As an intern, you will work abroad with a local community organization in the fields of the environment, health care, or social/economic development. Your project is determined by community need as well as your skills and interests.

You will be part of real, sustainable development. A designated Project Coordinator guides each intern through the project planning, execution, and conclusion of their program. Live with a local family, take Spanish classes tailored to your level, and immerse yourself in the local culture. Programs also include cultural and adventure excursions including visits to Incan ruins, hikes in the Andes and local festivities.
