Description: The EURASIA Institute was founded in 1993 and is located opposite the Memorial Church in the heart of Berlin. Its purpose is education in languages and cultures.

We have been offering courses in practically all major languages since 1999, with German courses at the core of this business. These include summer and group courses in German as a Foreign Language, which are geared towards everyday language and Berlin cultural life.

Our main focus is on German and English courses preparing for higher education, coupled with study counselling and assistance in finding a place on a Bachelor's or Master's degree course, or alternatively a doctorate placement at a German university. These courses are very intensive and therefore enable students to learn the language highly effectively and in a short period of time. URASIA prepares students from 30 countries worldwide for the various university entrance examinations, such as the DSH, TestDaF and college entrance exams. The German language instruction places a strong emphasis on communication, and is provided by very experienced, interculturally trained tutors, who have relevant professional teaching qualifications as well as qualifications in intercultural studies.

EURASIA's study advisors offer professional guidance and a success-oriented university/college application service. Each student receives individual support with their application to a German university or college to their chosen course and qualification (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
EURASIA supports as well foreign graduates and specialists in seeking a postgraduate research opportunity or doctorate study at a German university. We assist candidates in finding a PhD supervisor, and facilitate the official evaluation of a candidate's foreign educational qualifications by the examination board of the university.

EURASIA also offers its international clientele a comprehensive translation and interpreting service, as well as corporate training and intercultural seminars.

EURASIA provides paid and non-paid internships for students, graduates and postgraduates in local and international companies in Germany. We choose companies which are active in branches of industry closely related to your university major or to your particular area of interest. Through our extensive corporate client base for language training, business consultancy, intercultural management training and translation we have the possibility to offer placement in around 1000 German companies around the country. EURASIA will help you to reach the necessary knowledge of German in order to meet the requirement of the guesting company.
