Top Indian company, Infosys BPO Ltd. (a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys Technologies Ltd., revenue of over 2 billion dollars; listed on NASDAQ: INFY) Our Language, Culture and Communication Training Team helps to bridge the cultural and linguistic gap between India and the UK to help deliver superior customer service to UK customers * Operate as a member of a language, culture & communication team alongside other British nationals * Monitor live customer calls and provide instant feedback and observations on the communication process of calls * Provide inputs to agents on soft skills and UK voice and accent * Provide inputs on cultural nuances * Work with other support functions to support a programme of improving communications across the call centre * Conduct training programmes on intercultural communication (support by existing team members will be given) * Conduct training programmes on language and soft skills * Recruitment profiling and evaluation We are looking for British English speakers who are passionate about effective and clear communication (written and spoken), dedicated to high quality customer service, and are able to communicate ideas effectively, to a culturally diverse, educated audience, in a lively and informative way. Complete flexibility to shifts required.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be enthusiastic team players who can communicate the nuances of British English, UK life and culture, to our customer service teams, and actively support our Operation Departments in delivering superior customer satisfaction to our UK clients customers. A TEFL qualification, call centre, customer service, training or a linguistic background will be an added advantage. You should be an excellent communicator at all levels, with strong presentation skills, a lively imagination and be computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
