a) Real Estate
The main focus in this company lies on reconstruction of listed buildings and project development. The company is internationally oriented and welcomes interns from all over the world for duration of minimum 3 months, preferable 6 month internship.

Available internship positions for student from the following study ranges:

1. Architecture and Civil Engineering
* Planning
* Drawing
* Assistance to the construction management
* Organization and improvement in purchase department
* Personal management and project development

2. International Business Management
Possible application fields are Marketing, Accounting, Advertising and PR, Customer Support, Office of letting of an immovable product

b) Cultural Centre of Berlin
The cultural centre disposes of several studios (ateliers) where you can always find expositions from different artists, a theatre, a cultural café and restaurant. The guests are from all over the world as well as the artists in the studios and theatre.

The international orientation helps students not only to gain work experiences, they will also gain intercultural skills. Internships are offered for min. 3 month, preferable 6 month duration period.

Available internship positions for students from the following study ranges or background in the fields:

1. PR and Marketing
2. Planning and Organization of expositions (event management)
3. Teaching languages
4. Hospitality Management with main focus in F&B, restaurant and/or kitchen

All offered internship placements are for enrolled students at an university, college or Institute!

Cost in US$: depends on the program

A) placement, 24 h emergency call, free German language course, medical insurance (health care, liability and accident insurance), airport transfer, uniforms in the hotels, assistance with visa request contact to the necessary embassies etc.
Fees per person, duration of 6 months. The cost is Euro 1350.

B) placement, accommodation, 24 h emergency call, free German language course, medical insurance (health care, liability and accident insurance), airport transfer, uniforms in the hotels, assistance with visa request contact to the necessary embassies etc. Fee per person, duration of 6 months, is Euro 3000/

In addition to both options students can book a cultural program which includes a weekend trip including overnight, meals, entrance fees, etc. a daily trip incl. meals, and a half day orientation trip. Fee per person is Euro 400.

Also, students can order monthly tickets for public transportation like bus, tram, or metro within the city. Fee per month is Euro 51, total sum for 6 month Euro 306. This ticket allows students to drive daily after 10 o'clock without a daily drive limit.

Salary / Pay: Euro 600 per month
