Description: An internship/placement in TT is an opportunity for students to gain experience in the business world. An internship/Placement has a set duration of time. Internships/placements are ideal for students at all levels who are looking for experience in the field of tourism and travel industry and are also helpful for people who are looking to change careers and wish to gain experience in a new field. International internships have always a language component.
The trainee will participate in multifarious and diversified activities centred on providing full support to international customers of major European airlines (Air France, Czech Airlines, Alitalia, Air Europa, etc.). Concretely, the coordinator (Front office) communicates with clients in the chosen language providing them with the information available in our databases, receiving, analyzing and processing claims and making notes about each call in the database, meanwhile experienced coordinators work on the financial compensations (Back office), preparing plans, suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures. We can provide trainees with opportunity to participate in both of these activities during their placement.
Regardless of their position, trainees work 40 hours per week on regular eight-hour shift (06:15 14:45; 09:00 17:30; 13:00 21:30 or 14:45 23:15). This means that (according to Labour Code) they work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday/Sunday and they have leisure time the rest of the week.

- There are benefits to each kind of internship/placements:
- Sport activities  twice a week (fitness, pool, football etc.)
- Language courses  60-90min per week, up to 2 chosen language courses per week
- Meal tickets in the value 80 CZK after a trial period of two/three months
- There is no ideal profile of candidate, but:
A candidate must be well motivated, pro-active, flexible and has strong functional skills in a given language
- The rest we arrange through extensive initiation training
- initiation training consists of 5 consecutive days of training (four days of theory and one day of practice; everyday from 8 to 17 including 1 hour lunch break)
- After the initial training, students are going through adaptation process together with their personal mentor, who is prepared to assist them during the first weeks in real process
- Also there is dedicated one member of HR dpt. who is taking care about their adaptation - ready to help them
- Selection procedure in Team Trackers consists of the following steps:
candidate will be asked to hand in a resume and cover letter, as well as potentially references (Cover Letter) addressed to the HR Department of Team Trackers
- Then one of TT team will contact students by phone to discuss some key issues related to the placement
Then we send the proposal with terms and conditions (a draft of the written agreement) to them for their review. During this step, they will check (and fix, if needed) the informations. Finally, we will prepare the contract according to the proposal details.

Qualifications: Trainee must have:

-strong functional skills in Dutch
-good command of English or other languages
-good communication skills
-ability to provide perfect customer service,
-ability and drive to solve problems responsibly,
-positive approach and easy going personality
-focus on result

Salary / Pay: We are offering an internship remunerated with a 800 EUR per month (gross wage) and bonuses up to (monthly) 80 euros, plus meal tickets in the value 80 CZK after a trial period of three months (i.e. if their internship is longer than 3 months) and other bonuses: For example: ﾧ " Sport activities  twice a week (fitness, pool, football etc.) ﾧ " Language courses  60-90min per week, up to 2 chosen language courses per week ﾧ " Teambuilding and individual development activities ﾧ " Meal tickets in the value 80 CZK after a trial period of three months (i.e. if their internship is longer than 3 months)
