Description:
Analysts will work closely with Senior analysts, Associates and the Director of RI China. Key areas of responsibility include: 1. Research: Proactively identify, research and assess new industries, identify investment opportunities, approach interesting companies and build industry networks and expertise. 2. Deal-sourcing: Proactively source deals and make initial contact with new clients through participating in conferences, trade-shows and networking events; develop the firm's network of contacts within the PE and other relevant communities financial advisors, legal and accounting firms, universities and research institutes, and government bodies. 3. Analysis and due-diligence: Screen and analyze new investment opportunities according to pre-defined metrics, prepare investment market briefs, present investment cases together with Director to the management and investment committee. Engage and manage 3rd parties in due-diligence process.

Qualifications:
Requirements: -Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or economics from a leading institution (MBA or other relevant secondary qualification preferred); - A strong record of academic achievement - With excellent analytical skills and the ability to operate successfully in an unstructured environment. - Native English speaker
