Situated in the center of London, the University of Westminster is one of the largest universities in the UK with a student body that reflects the diversity of London itself. The University has four superbly located, well equipped campuses. The Marylebone, Cavendish and Regent campuses are all situated close to familiar London landmarks, such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the BBC, the British Museum and the British Library, while the Harrow Campus enjoys a quieter, scenic location just 20 minutes by tube from central London. * The Internship Experience As part of the Study Abroad Program at the University of Westminster, you have the opportunity to undertake an academically assessed internship. The internship is the equivalent of two classes (8 credits) and is taken alongside two other classes at the University. The internship experience is designed to help you develop your professional skills,but it can also help develop confidence, communication skills and personal qualities.
Highlights:
The University of Westminster Internship Program is a program of study that is designed to familiarize students with the British business practices and culture. You will pursue a combination of academic coursework in conjunction with a supervised workplace practicum (internship) to fulfill the requirements of the Program. Your total semester experience will be equivalent to four subjects at Westminster.
Degree Level: Bachelors Degree (Undergraduate)
Qualifications:
Applicants must have at least a 2.8 GPA and be accepted into the University of Westminster semester program through CIS.
