Location: Beijing (inside the Hutong School)

Duration: 3-6 months minimum, depending on the position.

This is an international start up.

1) The Art Consultant will work directly with the company director on managing the visual on line arts catalogue, sourcing art for clients such as hotels or corporate clients, and staging exhibitions.

Requirements:
-Some knowledge of and interest in visual arts
-Good English, Chinese and/or French are also an advantage
-Good client handling skills
-Organized and able to work autonomously
-Presentable
-Please bring your personal laptop

Conditions:
-Internship length min 3 months max 1 year
-Remuneration : no salary, interns receive 10% commission on profits of projects they worked on.

2) The Sponsorship Consultant will work directly with the company director on putting together sponsorship proposals, liaising with both arts organizations and clients, and sponsorship sales. They will also be involved in ongoing efforts to raise the profile of Art and Business cooperation such as organizing lectures and trainings.

Requirements:
-Marketing knowledge
-Interest and skills in Sales
-Good English, Chinese, French and/or German are also an advantage-

-Organized and able to work autonomously

3) The Marketing Assistant will promote the company's services to foreign companies and organizations in Beijing, looking for new clients.
Through networking, mailing, phoning, meetings, events, strategic alliances etc.

Requirements:
- English proficiency, spoken and written (all nationalities welcome)
- Organized, self motivated
- Interest in and sensitivity for arts and culture
- Communication and presentation skills that permit approaching clients and dealing with them in an effective and professional manner
- French and/or Chinese would be even better, but not compulsory
- Some expertise in graphic design (photoshop, illustrator) would be a plus

4) The Account Manager will manage the projects obtained (brief, recommendation, organization, client follow-up, coordination, implementation), such as :
- Artistic and cultural content for corporate events
- Chinese cultural experiences for visitors in Beijing
- Entertainment programs for the sponsors and visitors of the Beijing 2008 Olympics

Requirements :
- English proficiency, spoken and written (all nationalities welcome)
- Organized, self motivated
- Interest in and sensitivity for arts and culture
- Communication and presentation skills that permit approaching clients and dealing with them in an effective and professional manner
- Sensitive attitude to enable positive communication with the artists
- French and/or Chinese would be even better, but not compulsory
- Some expertise in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) would be a plus

5) The Artistic Production Assistant will be responsible for two different tasks:
The management of an event space, called the Crimson Room (1/4 of your time)
-Organize monthly conferences
-Manage any other event organized in the Crimson Room (logistics)
Pave the way to organize concerts, shows, tours (3/4 of your time)
-Promotion : set up and develop a promotion network among communities, associations
-Production : screen the market in terms of venues, equipment, legal matters etc.
-Support : set up and keep good relationships with key actors, to get required back-up when needed (embassies, media)
-Action : organizing a tour, concert, show, play... from A to Z (logistics, promotion)

Requirements:
-Sense of contact, outgoing, good presentation (public relations)
-Organized, dynamic; attention to detail and quality (events)
-English and Chinese (especially for Artistic Production)
