Description:
The Analyst's role is to provide ground support for the entire cooperation. They are crucial in the data gathering and market survey components of the business, as well as maintaining databases of relevant information, drawing from them when necessary. The Analyst will also work closely with associates and partners to build simple models to assess opportunity viability and potential returns, gathering key inputs to improve modelling output. They gather and analyse news and other data to understand current marker dynamics and transactions. They review developers' documents against a checklist to conduct initial due diligence, as well as follow-up on information requests. They help preparing pitch documents for investors and developers and ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity of messages. They will also attend meetings with developers and investors.

The company is a real estate investment banking and financial advisory firm based in Beijing/China. It helps regional and mid-sized developers in China tap the foreign investor market, and help institutional investors identify, execute, manage and exit China properties.
Qualifications:
Preferably Bachelors degree in relevant fields of Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Commerce, but open to other fields including Journalism, Physics and Mathematics majors. Must have strong grades. Strong English skills and numerical ability. Good at listening, eager to learn, interested in Investment Banking and/or Finance, team oriented.
