Description:
Learning by doing, experiential programs for students of international relations, eco tourism, wildlife conservation or education and health care in the developing world. For those who prepare for an international career. Live, work and travel with other overseas students, volunteers and local people. Program components include: * Choice of project work: education, environment, ICT * Choice of project placement: a school a national park, a health center * One of the best onsite Volunteer Trainings offered in SE Asia * 3 days of intense learning by doing: language, culture, ICT, volunteer work * A local supervisor * An agreed field work plan (for interns) * Flexible choice of months * Exit debriefing A great opportunity to learn and to help in genuine culture immersion in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos or Nepal.

Schools and other learning/youth institutions in developing nations are understaffed and under resources. New information technology and international volunteers help offset this advantage.
Open Mind Projects wants to facilitate valuable cross-cultural experience, personal development, for volunteers and local childeren and students.
