Description: Dream of being published in China? We offer placements working as a contributing editor, photographer or writer for a range of Shanghai-based publications: the leading business magazine, a daily English-language newspaper, a popular online webzine, city and lifestyle magazines or a financial news agency.

Highlights: We offer a placement at the most prestigious English-language daily newspaper in mainland China in Shanghai.

Working in a fast-paced environment amongst talented local and international journalists can prove to be quite challenging but you will gain an invaluable insight into the way a media operates in a changing city set in a new cultural and political environment.

You will also be able to build up an impressive portfolio that will greatly enhance your career prospects and will give you a very competitive hands-on experience.

Cost in US$: 3100

- Clean, safe and fully-furnished accommodation located in the city center, and close to your work placement in Shanghai
