Description: AustraLearn provides high-quality internships in Australia and New Zealand. A variety of internship programs exist, including full-time, professional development internships with 6 credits from Chapman University, custom designed internships, and part-time study/internship options at a variety of universities in Australia.

The Professional Development for Academic Credit (PDAC) Internships are preset placements in a variety of fields of study. These internships are 10 weeks in length and can take place during the summer or semester. They are pre-arranged and include an official transcript from Chapman University upon completion. New internships and sites are being added throughout the year, so please visit our website for all internship placement profiles. Current internships include: communications, public affairs, education (student teaching), environmental management, information technology, law and social welfare; however more internships will be added throughout the year in additional fields of study.

Custom Designed Internships are also provided by AustraLearn. AustraLearn facilitates students into these professional development internships and can combine the programs with other AustraLearn programs. AustraLearn can arrange internships in Australia for a minimum of six weeks and a maximum of 52 weeks in duration. Internships are available year round for 6, 10, 12 or 16 or more weeks beginning anytime. Application deadline is 4 months prior to the intended starting date.

Part-time internship/study options are available at a variety of universities in New Zealand. While taking one or two courses at a university, a student will participate in a 15-20 hour internship in a specific field of study.

Contact us for more information about all our internship options.
