Description: We are looking for young enthusiastic people to join our clan and contribute to this multidisciplinary concept. You would live in, according to Aldous Huxley, the most beautiful lake in the world, submerged in an indeed "sociologically interesting" community where people of virtually any nationality, age and ideology mix with traditional Mayan villagers. Exploring the wild natural surroundings, learning Spanish, kayaking or practicing yoga are some of the possibilities for your spare time.

Highlights: We are also looking for some help in exchange for food and accommodation. For the chill out bar-restaurant for the peak season December through March. We offer accommodation, food, internet use, a small salary to cover your expenses but above all a great experience in a completely different way of doing hotelier work.

Qualifications: At the moment we are looking for somebody to help us run the hotel day to day, focusing in ensuring the guests enjoy a fantastic holiday. For that you will need to lead the local staff responsible for their needs, answer bookings and get involved in the marketing process that means both existing and new projects. You need to be able to make yourself understood in Spanish, be over 23 years of age, physically fit and have good people skills as you will be required to interact with clients on an ongoing basis. Around 1 year minimum compromise.

Skills involved would be cooking, bar attending and any other skill you might think would be useful for an ecological B&B gardening, computing, painting, building, carpentry, graphic designing.
