The Apicius Cooking School has state-of-the-art, newly remodeled facilities located in a renovated, 14th century convent. The school is located just moments away from such treasures as the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the San Lorenzo Church, the Uffizi, etc. Florence's main central, indoor food market is simply a stone's throw away and allows students to learn about and use the freshest, most enticing ingredients available in the city. Your courses at the Apicius Cooking School may be taken for one day, a week, a month or for a semester; you may also enroll in a year-long diploma program. We invite those interested in designing personalized group courses to do so. Semester students will participate in internships at one of many fine Florentine restaurants.
