Description:
You will develop your gastronomy internship in a 4-star hotel restaurant that offers a modern menu with a fusion of different trends of the Spanish regions.
Highlights:
During this internship you will work with the Chef in different sections of the kitchen: cold dishes, fish, meat, banquets, pastry, among many others.
Qualifications:
For this internship you need previous studies or experience in the Gastronomy field. It is not necessary to have work experience, but you need at least some kitchen experience. Your level of English and Spanish must be intermediate at least. Other languages will be appreciated.
Cost Include Description:
Edition and translation of your internship documentation. 24 hour telephone line to assist you with personal, social, legal, and other personal problems that you may have during your stay in Spain. After finishing the internship you'll receive a certificate awarded by the host organization, and a certificate of participation in COINED International Internship program.
