Production & Filing Assistant

Description:
The film production studio works on the creation of films, short films and TV plays for the film and television industry. The company works with other national and international production studios for major projects.
Highlights:
As an intern you will become part of the production department where you will be in charge of organizing and filing documents, work on lists of filed projects and their current state, classifying and labelling VHS, Betcam, DV, etc. You may also cooperate with the optimization of the company's new website, you will implement a new filing system to keep the documents updated, and you will work in a program to optimize the documents search.
Qualifications:
To perform this internship you must handle Word and Excel. Preference will be given to interns who can command Flash to update the website and have previous knowledge or experience in the audiovisual field. Flexibility and adaptation is required since you will also participate in the daily work of the company and you will become part of the ongoing projects. You must be tidy, responsible, and proactive. Intermediate level of Spanish is a must.
Cost Include Description:
Edition and translation of your internship documentation. 24 hour telephone line to assist you with personal, social, legal, and other personal problems that you may have during your stay in Spain. After finishing the internship you'll receive a certificate awarded by the host organization, and a certificate of participation in COINED International Internship program.
