Internship, Traineeship and Apprenticeship Programs in Ecuador have played an important role in the life of international students with Vocational Education Intern Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program, creating new challenges for those in charge of Ecuador's foreign traineeship and apprenticeship programs. For many years, Ecuador has been accepting thousands foreign trainees, being ELEP a market leader in providing quality Work Experience Programs, Language training, Internships and the design and delivery of training programs and resources for about 10 years experience and an excellent "quality" service. Our main focus is to provide Ecuador based internship for students from abroad. ELEP - Experiential Learning Ecuadorian Programs is a cultural and educational institution that designs and delivers customized apprenticeship and traineeship programs for individuals and groups from all over the world. Our programs provide exciting opportunities for language and cross-cultural immersion and valuable practical experience throughout Ecuador. Qualifications:
- Eagerness to learn, experience and explore Ecuadorian culture - An intermediate level of the Spanish language, otherwise we would strongly recommend that you consider learning some Spanish before your program begins. and/or take language courses in Ecuador with our Study Spanish Program.

ELEP - Experiential Learning Ecuadorian Programs's Mission Statement: ELEP - Experiential Learning Ecuadorian Programs is a cultural and educational and social institution that designs and delivers customized programs for individuals and groups from all over the owrld who want to learn about the Ecuadorian culture by studying Spanish, volunteering or interning abroad, offering in this way a wide range of practical experience (internships) and social action (volunteer) opportunities for young people, students, professionals and retires who want to make a real difference and travel with a purpose. It is an experiential learning program that encourages intercultural exploration and understanding through our Volunteer, Internship and Spanish study Programs.
A participation in a volunteer or internship opportunities abroad is an excellent way to immerse oneself in another country's way of life.
ELEP Programs provide exciting opportunities for language and cross-cultural immersion and valuable practical experience in Ecuador for who are looking for experience abroad and gain an international experience in a wide range of fields.
An international internship or volunteer through ELEP can be a rewarding and challenging way to experience another culture and gain experience simultaneously.
Our mission is to promote international understanding through educational and cultural exchange between Ecuador (Latin-American) and the rest of the world, to help people gain experience, acquire knowledge, and develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world. ELEP wants to satisfy the many demands from young people who are looking for experiences abroad combining this Spanish course with internship or volunteer programs.
