ProWorld: How will you touch the world?
Description:
ProWorlds Service Corps' customized, hands-on internships match your skills and interests with our host communities self-determined development goals. Apply your talents to meaningful, sustainable projects in the Health Care, Environment, Business/Micro-Enterprise, or Education sectors. Gain relevant, pre-professional experience as you contribute to our community guided, grass roots development projects in Peru, Belize, Mexico, India, and Thailand, Brazil and Ghana. Help vaccinate children, teach reading, reforest depleted ecosystems, or educate small businesses, to name just a few prospects within our diverse project portfolio. Programs are highly supported by an international staff team and welcoming community partners. ProWorld, founded in 1998, is a true leader in the field of sustainable international development. Homestays, language study and cultural/adventure excursions encourage participants' complete immersion and cultural integration. Further, ProWorld's on-site Project Coordinators work year round with our host communities assessing needs, thinking creatively, and setting long-term goals for sustainable development and volunteer participation. Programs start every month of the year and last from 2-26 weeks. Enroll now!
