Description:
This program is aimed at university students with the appropriate education and skills for the internship. We offer a wide variety of internship placements. The minimum time needed for this program is 10 weeks.

Due to visa regulations, all positions are unpaid, however, some companies may offer a bonus, living allowance, or other type of perks for your efforts. * 4 Weeks French Language Lessons Cultural Embrace pre-arranges and includes 4-weeks of group Standard language lessons (15-20 hours per week) prior to your internship. Extended lessons, upgraded intensity levels and private tutoring may be organized for additional fees. Please see below for more detailed information about our language lessons options. * Housing Assistance Cultural Embrace can pre-arrange your accommodations prior to your arrival in France. In most areas, there are two types of housing available: Family Homestays and Student Residences. We can also assist in the booking of Budget Hotels/Hostels and rental apartments. Accommodations are not included in program fees. * Visa Assistance Cultural Embrace will assist you with information to obtain a visa from French immigration, but we have no ability to guarantee government issuance and/or visa availability. * Arrival Assistance We will provide you with detailed public transportation directions, or optional private airport pick-up is available for additional fees. * International Traveler's Insurance with Basic Major Medical Coverage Our policy provides basic medical coverage. Cultural Embrace highly recommends additional travel insurance, which is available at extra cost. * Cultural Embrace Culture Kit Before your departure, we send you a packet filled with useful tips, advice, and information to prepare you for the amazing adventure of living and working abroad. * Full-time Representation Cultural Embrace provides representation in the United States and France prior to, during, and after your placement.
Qualifications:
In order to participate in this internship program, Cultural Embrace requires that you: * Be 18-30 years of age * Enjoy providing a service and working with others in a challenging environment * Intermediate/advanced level of French preferred for intern positions * Have work experience or past coursework in your selected field or * Be a full-time enrolled post-secondary student * Be open to foreign cultures and living abroad * Possess a high level of responsibility * Be dedicated to the full term of commitment * Provide a resume/cv, cover letter, and criminal background check (for certain projects)
