Description: Sales: During your internship in the area office & reception you will be dealing with customers and existing clients, including customer care and visiting our clients. The reservations office is the busiest place in our office, you have to deal with incoming customer inquiries, phone calls as well as emails, take the bookings over the phone and the internet and sort mail and faxes. An internship in our sales team will surely improve your time management and communicative skills. We expect an open, friendly personality and basic PC knowledge as a word processor software, spreadsheet application and Internet.

Marketing: What is our market? What kinds of media do our customers use? Where do they live? How old are they? How much money do they want to spend and where do they want to spend their holidays? Is there something about you or our business that would interest other people? Is there something about your business that is newsworthy? These and other questions we have to ask ourselves every day to promote our business. The Internet is open to everyone. For us it's the media that allows us to get our message out to potential or existing customers.

During your internship in the marketing department you will help to promote our company, including submitting our websites to search engines, improving the structure and contents of the websites. To sign up with new partners you may have meetings with potential partners such as hotels and hostels or other accommodation providers. You will also assist in attracting new business to our organization, as well as strengthening the relationships of our current partners.

You also have to deal with incoming customer inquiries, phone calls as well as emails, take the bookings over the phone and the internet and sort mail and faxes.

IT: The IT department's responsibility is to maintain and improve our over 70 websites and to develop new solutions for our online booking system as well as our internal organization (intranet). All our websites are created and maintained by our development team, some of them are recently under construction and in various stages of development. You are interested in developing new solutions for us and our clients. Whether you are a designer (very good skills in picture editing programs like Photoshop or Gimp and basic knowledge in HTML and CSS) or a programmer (very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of PHP, VBScript, SQL, C#, ASP, ASP.NET advanced).
