Description: A semester-long study program that combines eight-credit internships with coursework carrying an additional eight credit hours. The internships are supported by related coursework throughout the semester and provide a solid work experience. Students get a window on the world of work, a sample of life as a team player, and an unforgettable opportunity to explore what it's like to live and work in a foreign country.

Highlights: Politics Internships (Berlin)
Available in office of Members of the Bundestag. Politics interns do not need to be political science majors, but should have a background in German politics and good spoken and written German skills.

Also available: (Bonn/Cologne): Internships in Museum & Arts Administration, Heath Sciences, Law, Business, Banking & Finance, Journalism, Advertising, Education, Theater and Information Technology.

Degree Level: Bachelors Degree (Undergraduate)

Qualifications: The internships require a high degree of proficiency in German, both spoken and written. Preference is given to applicants who have taken at least one college course in conversational German. Students work three to four days a week, and take two courses. A 3.0 grade point average is highly recommended.
