Description: Teach English or Math and work with local schools on a focused literacy, math, computer or other educational project. The focus of your teaching project is determined by your skills and the needs of the local children.

Watch the moon rise over the tropical jungle, hike through the rainforest, explore Mayan ruins, and search for monkeys in the secluded jungle. These and other weekly adventures combine with cultural excursion and productive volunteer work to form a comprehensive and unique volunteer experience.

Qualifications: ProWorld volunteers are adventurous, enthusiastic, caring, sensible, humble, and curious individuals. Volunteers are expected to learn and grow while improving themselves and the communities in which ProWorld works.
