The best way to learn a language is to do something you like in it, because what you like, you normally do well.

Start with an intensive language course (40 hours) to provide you with a solid basis. Then focus on instruction in cuisine arts (6 hours) at an up-market cuisine arts center in Madrid. The cooking classes in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine will be followed by an internship in one of the many traditional tapa bars, 5-Star Hotels, Spanish restaurants or similar. There you will learn in commercial quality kitchens under the supervision of industry professionals.

Students receive an intensive dose of Spanish in a structured, hands-on environment which will be challenging and rewarding. If you are planning on pursuing a career in the industry, you can improve your Spanish and gain the proficiency you need to work at fine restaurants, top hotels, posh resorts, luxury cruise ships, pastry shops, and more.
